Arm update

Well it's been nearly 4 weeks now, since I broke my arm. I must say it's healing alot faster than I had expected! I've almost regained full function in my arm. The only thing I can't do, as well as I used to, is rotate my wrist from palm up to palm down. I'll be working on strengthening it in the following weeks, and hopefully I'll gain that full mobility soon!

And for alittle change of scenery, I'll be heading back to Edmonton tommorow evening for Christmas and what not.
